No. Every member gets the same Clinical Baseline and the same Care Advocacy, whether or not they ever file a claim.

No. You keep your VA doctors and benefits. VHN works alongside them, and with your consent your baseline goes to your VA team.

Your Clinical Baseline and first year of Care Advocacy are $1,249 paid in full, or $2,149 with the mental health evaluation. You can also finance with Cherry, or pay part today and $49 a month for 11 months. After 12 months, Care Advocacy continues at $49 a month until you cancel. Your fee never changes based on a rating, an award or a claim outcome.

The Clinical Baseline Guarantee has 2 parts. Delivery: if we do not deliver every part of the baseline we promised, we have 30 days to make it right, or we refund your baseline. Fit: If your health picture was already accurate, it would not be right for us to keep your money. So we compare what your Clinical Baseline found with what was already documented when you enrolled. If it did not add to, change or rule out anything in your clinical picture or care plan, we refund your Clinical Baseline payment. Tell us within 3 business days of your final baseline appointment. A refund ends your membership. It never promises a diagnosis, an opinion, a rating or any VA outcome. We share the full terms before you enroll.

VA claims are separate from membership. Your fee pays for care and advocacy, never for claims work, and it never changes with a VA decision. For help with a claim, work with a VA-accredited representative, including a free VSO. Your records are yours to share with anyone you choose.
