The Medical Lane
Provider coordination, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, functional limitation documentation, and delivery of the complete medical record.

A coordination institution for veteran healthcare
Veteran Health Network is a veteran-exclusive medical platform, coordination company, and case management service. Independent licensed medical professionals evaluate your full health picture, document what your body actually carries, and produce a complete medical record. That record belongs to you.
Fees are fixed. Never a percentage of any VA award.
We coordinate access to independently licensed medical professionals who evaluate your full health picture, assign proper diagnoses, and document functional impact in measurable terms. We coordinate the administrative, logistical, and clinical infrastructure around those provider relationships. We provide case management from enrollment through file delivery.
When your medical record is complete, we introduce you to an independent VA-accredited representative, or you take your file to any VSO or representative of your choosing.
The medical record belongs to you.
What VHN does
Every part of this process belongs to exactly one lane. Two are ours. One never is.
Provider coordination, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, functional limitation documentation, and delivery of the complete medical record.
VHN owns this lane
Appointment coordination, process orientation, record organization and delivery, administrative liaison with your representative, and guarantee administration.
VHN owns this lane
Claim filing, claims strategy, and representation before the VA. Handled entirely by an independent VA-accredited representative under their own authority. VHN does not enter this lane.
Your independent representative owns this lane
How it works
From the first conversation to a complete medical record in your hands, every stage has one owner and one deliverable.
A former military medic, corpsman, or line medic conducts a comprehensive intake covering your full health history, service history, current symptoms, and functional limitations across all body systems.
An assigned case manager becomes your single point of contact. Independently licensed physical and mental health professionals review your intake packet and available service records before your evaluations. As a courtesy of membership, you are also introduced to an independent VA-accredited representative. The representative is not part of VHN, operates under their own authority, and you are always free to work with any representative or VSO you choose.
Your providers produce ICD-10 coded clinical documentation, functional impact documentation, and a 12-month care plan reflecting their independent professional judgment. The complete record is organized and delivered in submission-ready format. It belongs to you.
Your care plan is in hand and your record is complete. If you choose to pursue a claim, your independent accredited representative submits it under their own authority. VHN built the medical foundation. What gets built on top of it is between you, your representative, and the VA.
Membership
Every member receives the same comprehensive evaluation. What differs is only whether your situation calls for an ongoing treating relationship.
One fixed fee
Per quarter, cancel anytime
Optional ongoing quarterly clinical encounters that build a genuine treating relationship. When active, your membership is called Comprehensive Care Membership. The attachment may be presented as a clinical recommendation, or as a choice you make on its own merits for continued care outside the VA system. You will be told plainly which applies. Continuity Attachment fees are non-refundable once billed.
All fees are fixed. No fee is ever charged as a percentage of VA backpay or any VA award.
Guarantees
Each guarantee below is a summary. The exact terms, triggers, and eligibility conditions, including the Good Standing requirement, are defined in the Client Services Agreement, which controls.
You have 3 calendar days from receiving the post-appointment satisfaction survey, sent automatically at the conclusion of your medical evaluations, to request a full refund. Receipt is presumed upon transmission to the email on file.
VHN will deliver your complete provider-backed medical file and confirm the accredited representative has the file ready to submit within 14 business days of you completing the clinical intake and initial medical appointment. If VHN fails to meet either commitment through no fault of yours, you receive a full refund of the Essential Care Membership fee.
If your accredited representative submits your initial claim and the VA does not issue a rating increase, the representative will review every lawful appeal option and pursue a viable appeal at no additional platform fee. If the first appeal also results in no rating increase, you have 3 business days to elect continued platform support at no additional platform fee, or a return of the Essential Care Membership fee. This is not a guarantee of any VA outcome. It does not create a contingency relationship between VHN's fee and any VA decision. VHN's fee was earned upon delivery of the clinical services described in the agreement and is independent of any VA determination.
These guarantees apply solely to the Essential Care Membership fee. They do not extend to, apply to, and are not affected by the Continuity Attachment or any fee paid under it. Continuity Attachment fees are non-refundable once billed, regardless of cancellation, any VA outcome, or the invocation of any guarantee.
Good Standing is assessed at the time a guarantee remedy is invoked: payments current, no chargeback initiated outside the internal dispute process, cooperation with scheduled appointments and representative communications, and no material breach of the agreement.
About VHN
VHN does not compete with claims services. It sits above them. A complete, thorough, provider-backed medical record is the foundation every claims service needs to do its job well. VHN produces that foundation. What the veteran and their representative build on top of it is theirs.
The model works because the fee is fixed. It does not go up if a rating goes up. It is earned when the medical record is delivered. VHN has no financial stake in any claims outcome, and that structure is the point.
A veteran who completes the program leaves with a complete evaluation of their physical and mental health, documented diagnoses, a care plan, and a clinical record that reflects what their body actually carries. That record serves them regardless of what the VA decides. It belongs to them.
Before VHN, our founding team worked inside other veteran-facing organizations. Collectively, they've supported more than 50,000 veterans navigating VA healthcare and disability decisions.

Get started
The program begins with a short conversation: your health history, your service history, and whether VHN's model fits your situation. No pressure, no obligation, and no claims advice, ever.
