The one part you cannot do alone

The one thing on that list you cannot write yourself is a clinical evaluation with the severity documented. That is the whole job.

Talk to our case management team. They will walk your two columns with you, give you your next steps, and introduce you to accredited representatives we have vetted.

That happens whether or not you ever become a member of our direct primary care network.
