For medical professionals

Making high-quality healthcare accessible to veterans

Veteran Health Network coordinates vetted veteran patients into proper visits with independent licensed providers. You evaluate within your scope, document what you find in your own clinical voice, and are paid a flat rate per encounter, directly by VHN. Nobody at VHN tells you what to find.

You pay us nothing

no marketing spend, no referral or lead fees.

We bring you real patients

vetted veterans booked into proper visits, not a mill of rushed consults.

You get paid directly

cash per encounter, no insurance billing or collections headaches.

VHN coordinates care and documentation with independent licensed professionals. VHN does not practice medicine, file claims, or represent veterans. Medical services are provided by independent licensed medical professionals who exercise independent clinical judgment. Fees paid to Veteran Health Network by members are for healthcare coordination and related services and are not contingent on any VA claim, rating, award, or outcome.

The fit

Who the network fits, and how patients arrive.

Who does VHN contract with?

Independently licensed physicians and independently licensed mental health professionals, contracted as independent practitioners. Encounters run in person or by telehealth. In person you add objective measurement. By telehealth you document impact in narrative, without recording tests you did not perform.

How do veterans arrive on your schedule?

VHN finds, educates, and coordinates the veterans. Before each visit you receive an intake packet and service history. A case manager handles scheduling and keeps records moving. If a veteran no-shows or cancels inside twenty-four hours without good reason, you are paid as though the visit happened.

When does your state open?

Veteran marketing opens in a state only when provider coverage exists there. Your joining is what turns your state on, so founding providers shape the workflow and get geographic priority. There is no volume minimum, no exclusivity, and exit takes thirty days written notice.

The work

One comprehensive evaluation per veteran

You get an intake packet and service history in advance. From there you do what you would do anyway.

Evaluate

A full assessment within your scope, and ICD-10 coding to the specificity the evidence supports. Your judgment, your call.

Document

How the condition limits work, sleep, and daily activity. In person you add objective measurement. By telehealth you describe impact in narrative, without documenting tests you did not perform.

Deliver

Within five business days, plus a twelve-month care plan in your own clinical voice. Not a template, not built around any rating schedule.

Follow up

Some veterans return quarterly when an ongoing record is clinically warranted.

Compensation

Flat, per encounter, paid directly by us

$200*

Initial comprehensive evaluation

$130*

Quarterly follow-up encounter

No billing, no coding fights, no prior authorizations. Invoice us or take direct deposit.

If a veteran no-shows or cancels inside twenty-four hours without good reason, we pay you as though the visit happened. Your time was blocked, and that is our failure, not your loss.

*Rates vary by state, encounter type, and other factors. Exact rates for your practice are confirmed in writing during the application process.

Where we stop

Nobody at VHN tells you what to find

Veterans use medical records to pursue VA claims. That side belongs to an accredited representative the veteran chooses. Not to you, and not to us. Here is how that shows up in your contract.

Judgment

We never tell you what to diagnose or what to conclude. There is no mechanism in this company for it.

Your fee

Paid for the encounter. It does not move based on what you document or what any form ends up saying. If your honest answer is that you find no clinical support for what was requested, the engagement is fulfilled and the fee is identical.

Never asked

To record a measurement you did not take. To sign anything you do not stand behind.

Drafting support

Where your findings support an opinion, our platform can prepare a first draft from your own notes, the way a scribe would. It has no status until you have reviewed, revised, and signed it. You can discard it entirely.

What joining now gets you

Veteran marketing opens in a state only when provider coverage exists there. Your joining is what turns your state on, so founding providers shape the workflow and get geographic priority.

We do not publish volume numbers. Anything we posted today would be a projection dressed as a fact. When they are real, they go here.

No exclusivity
