Veteran Health Network is a veteran-exclusive healthcare coordination and case management company. Independent licensed medical professionals evaluate each member's full health picture and produce a complete medical record that belongs to the member. VHN does not practice medicine, file claims, or represent veterans.
The model
Why a coordination institution?
Veterans navigating VA disability decisions face a crowded category: claims consultants charging percentages of backpay, and services promising ratings they do not control. VHN was built as the structural answer. It produces one deliverable, the complete medical record, for one fixed fee that never moves with any VA decision.
The work divides into three lanes. VHN owns the medical lane and the case management lane. The claims lane belongs entirely to independent VA-accredited representatives, and VHN never enters it. The full model is laid out on the how-it-works page.
VHN does not compete with claims services. It sits above them. A complete, thorough, provider-backed medical record is the foundation every claims service needs to do its job well. VHN produces that foundation. What the veteran and their representative build on top of it is theirs.
The model works because the fee is fixed. It does not go up if a rating goes up. It is earned when the medical record is delivered. VHN has no financial stake in any claims outcome, and that structure is the point.
A veteran who completes the program leaves with a complete evaluation of their physical and mental health, documented diagnoses, a care plan, and a clinical record that reflects what their body actually carries. That record serves them regardless of what the VA decides. It belongs to them.
Before VHN, our founding team worked inside other veteran-facing organizations. Collectively, they've supported more than 50,000 veterans navigating VA healthcare and disability decisions.

What we do
We coordinate access to independently licensed medical professionals who evaluate your full health picture, assign proper diagnoses, and document functional impact in measurable terms. We coordinate the administrative, logistical, and clinical infrastructure around those provider relationships. We provide case management from enrollment through file delivery.
What we never do
- We do not prepare, file, present, or prosecute VA disability claims.
- We do not represent veterans before the VA.
- We do not provide claims strategy or claims advice.
When your medical record is complete, we introduce you to an independent VA-accredited representative, or you take your file to any VSO or representative of your choosing.
