VHN Membership

One membership. Two parts.

Every membership starts with a Clinical Baseline, a defined program with a clear end. Then Care Advocacy keeps your care moving for as long as you’re a member.

What your Clinical Baseline delivers.

Every member receives the same evaluation, by the same standard, and the same outputs, whether or not they ever file a VA claim.

The same baseline for every Veteran

Nothing in the process changes based on a claim, a rating or a representative. Our independent clinicians, physical and mental health, write an independent medical opinion whenever their own findings support one, whether or not you ever file a claim. Knowing whether a condition may be connected to your service is part of Veteran-centric care.

Care Advocacy: what your Care Advocate can do.

How it starts

Support that stays with you.

  1. Your baseline becomes the plan.Your care plan becomes your Care Advocate’s working plan.
  2. Meet your Care Advocate.A first session to agree on what matters most to you.
  3. Help whenever you need it.Monthly check-ins at a minimum, by phone, text, video or secure message.
What your Care Advocate doesn’t do

Care Advocates don’t diagnose, prescribe or give medical advice. Your clinicians make every clinical decision. Benefits Utilization helps you use the health benefits you already have. For help with a VA claim, work with a VA-accredited representative, including a free VSO.
