VHN

The client file

The client file, start to standing.

Six steps from first intake through the VA's decision and into active membership. VHN builds the medical foundation; the accredited representative builds the claim on top of it. This map shows what VHN handles, what the representative handles, and where the line sits at every stage.

VHN coordinates care and documentation with independent licensed professionals. VHN does not practice medicine, file claims, or represent veterans. VA-accredited representation is performed by independent accredited representatives who are not employed by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Veteran Health Network. No payment of any kind flows between VHN and any representative in connection with any introduction. Every veteran is free to engage any accredited representative or free VSO of their choosing. VHN's vetting is its own diligence process, not an endorsement of any representative or outcome.

The flow map

Where each hand is on the file.

VHN's lane is medical and case management. The representative's lane is the claim. Each step below names its owner, and two branch paths appear beneath the steps they modify.
