The VHN Guarantee

We do our part. We stand behind the veterans who trusted us.

VHN coordinates your care through independent licensed clinicians. We cannot promise what the VA will decide. We can promise to stand behind veterans who complete the process and do their part.

The promise

Care first. Accountability after.

Complete the VHN care process and use that medical foundation in the VA process. If your benefits remain unchanged after the initial claim and one viable lawful appeal, you may request a refund of your Membership fee.

This is not a promise of a rating increase, approval, service connection, back pay, or any other VA outcome.

Do the work in front of you. We will stand behind ours.

Participate in your care.

Become a VHN Member, complete the care process, and work with the independent clinicians coordinating your evaluation and medical record.

Put the foundation to work.

Use the medical foundation created through your care in the VA process with your own accredited representative or one introduced by VHN.

Follow the lawful path.

Pursue the initial claim and one viable lawful appeal when recommended by your accredited representative.

Why we offer it

The care is the product. The record is the proof.

If you came only for a claim document, VHN is not for you. If you came to care for your health and the claim is part of that path, we will stand behind you.

The exact terms

Eligibility, cooperation requirements, appeal viability, request timing, refund mechanics, and exclusions are governed by the Client Services Agreement presented before enrollment.
